Returns & Refunds
You can't tell whether a mattress topper works for you by looking at it. You have to sleep on it. So our return window starts after delivery, and you don't have to keep the package sealed to stay eligible.
You have 30 days
Request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. Sleep on it. If it isn't right, contact us and we'll sort it out.
What you get back
- It didn't work for you. Full refund of what you paid for the item. You cover the cost of shipping it back.
- It arrived damaged, defective, or it's the wrong item. Full refund or a free replacement — your choice. We cover everything. Send us a photo rather than shipping it back.
We do not charge a restocking fee, and we don't deduct a processing fee from your refund.
Depending on the item and where you are, we may decide not to ask you to ship it back at all. If that applies to your return, we'll tell you when we approve it.
What we can't refund
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that were stained, torn, burned, or otherwise damaged after they reached you.
- Items bought anywhere other than orlinsupply.store.
How to start a return
Go to our contact page and send us your order number plus one line about what went wrong. We reply within one business day with either a return address or a confirmed refund.
Please wait to hear from us before shipping anything back. Returns that arrive without an approval can't be matched to your order.
When the money arrives
We issue approved refunds to your original payment method within 3 business days — counted from the day we approve the return, or from the day the item reaches the return address if we asked for one. Your bank or card issuer usually posts it 5 to 10 business days after that, which is the part we don't control.
Cancelling an order
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it for a full refund, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Once it ships, use the return process above.
If something went wrong and this page doesn't cover it
Tell us anyway. We would rather fix the problem than argue about which paragraph applies.
