Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of orlinsupply.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Orlin Supply ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are, and that the payment method you use is yours to use.
2. Shipping destinations
We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only. See our shipping policy for details.
3. Products, prices, and availability
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. We try to describe products and show images accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays colours exactly as they are in real life.
Stock is held by our fulfilment partners and can run out between the moment you order and the moment we pack. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you and refund that item in full. We may limit quantities per customer or per order.
4. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may decline or cancel any order — including one already confirmed by email — if we suspect fraud, if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was wrong, or if the order breaks these terms. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.
5. Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typing or system error, we're not obliged to sell it at that price. We'll contact you, and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Returns and refunds

7. Product use
Our products are household goods sold for ordinary domestic use. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, and none of our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Follow the care instructions supplied with the product.
8. Your account and information
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your shipping address, and for keeping any account credentials secure. We can't reroute a package sent to an address you entered incorrectly once it has left the warehouse.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data by automated means, interfere with the Site's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
10. Intellectual property
The Site's text, images, layout, logos, and brand name belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. If you send us content — a review, a photo, a suggestion — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business, and you confirm it's yours to give.
11. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party sites and relies on third-party services such as payment processors and carriers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or performance.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product bought through it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
16. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
