Where we ship

The United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship internationally yet. If an order somehow comes through from outside the US, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Some carriers can't deliver bulky items to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If that affects your order, we'll contact you before shipping.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days. Most orders arrive about a week after you place them. We'd rather tell you that up front than promise two-day delivery and miss it.

Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays start processing on the next business day.

Where it ships from

We don't run our own warehouse. Orlin Supply works with fulfilment partners who hold stock in warehouses inside the United States, and your order ships from whichever one is closest to you. Nothing ships from overseas, so there are no customs delays and no import fees to pay on delivery.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking often takes 24–48 hours to start showing scans. That's normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.

If it's late, lost, or damaged

  • No tracking movement for 7 days: contact us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
  • Marked delivered but it isn't there: check with neighbours and around your building first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll open a carrier claim.
  • Arrived damaged: send us a photo. We replace it or refund you in full, and you don't need to send anything back.

Wrong address

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you spot a mistake and we'll correct it before the order ships. Once it's with the carrier we can't reroute it. Packages returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus the return shipping cost.
